Launched a new work stream dedicated to winning priority cities in the US, featuring DoorDash’s exclusive merchant partners. Ran large scale brand campaigns (Out of Home, radio, streaming) with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners. This effort had a long-term savings effect on signing new merchant partners as exclusive to DD while generating increased orders in our target markets over the course of 2 quarters. Worked with 45+ exclusive merchants, including Tartine, Night+Market, Souvla, Square Pie Guys, Hattie B’s, and more. Brought opportunities to exclusive merchants as a consult for NASCAR partnerships team. Worked with internal teams on the development and launch of new modular creative toolkit for 2023 strategic markets brand campaigns to enable scale from 5 to 40+ markets. Implemented new creative processes and guidelines to increase media impact for 2023.
